I've found some strange behavior with the Artisan style. I've found that on my Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro that when using chrome or ff, the artisan template always displays in the mobile device response. Trying the same with IE or EDGE and the the page looks as expected and still switches to the mobile view when you shrink the window down enough.

I thought this might just be my site but it does the same when viewing the template demo at Joomla51. Other similar templates do not have this issue. Other machines (My desktop, My computer at work ,etc) don't seem to have this issue. I may be running into a specific to my laptop issue except this is the only template this happens on.

I will say that if I turn off the responsive layout in the template settings it will display properly. For some reason this template seems to feel that Chrome and FF on my laptop are mobile while the other Joomla51 templates don't.

Any thoughts?

Chrome Browser ver 52
Firefox ver 47
IE 11.51
Edge 38.14

Windows 10 w/latest updates

Screen res 3200X1800 (Also tried running it at 1600X900) to remove "scaling" from the picture.

Hello

Would you have a URL to an example of this issue? Ensure that you have no zoom set within your browser window as this will trigger the CSS for a smaller browser window.

You can view my site at http://jacksonphotoworks.com/

However, the same thing happens when viewing the live demo of the template on joomla51 so it is not related to my site specifically. It only seems to occur on my Yoga 3 with a high DPI display (3200X1800). It works fine there in IE but firefox and chrome will not revert to non-mobile site. It may just be the browsers reporting the resolution but it doesn't explain why other templates like Vitality or Florence work fine.

Not a deal breaker, just curious.

Hello

Due to the side column of our Artisan template the mobile version of the site would be activated earlier than on other templates. The mobile version of the site is activated when there is not longer enough room to contain both the sidecolumn and content area. Does reducing the width of the template wrapper slightly (Template Parameters -> Layout Options) resolve the issue?

Fraid it does the same thing. I tried running it down to 600 px. I guess its not to important. I don't think that many people will see it this way. Just odd that it is only this template and this laptop with chrome/firefox that does it.

Hello

That is rather strange. The 'mobile' styling is within media queries which would only trigger when the screensize goes below a certain number of pixels. If you happen to find a solution be sure to let us know!
