This error message is usually related to a permissions issue between your Joomla installation and your server. You will find you will get the same error regardless of the extension you attempt to install. Go to Site -> System Information -> Directory Permissions and ensure all files and folders are writable (excluding your configuration.php).
I did as you told me unpacking the zip file and choose the zip file j51_ clarity j 2.5 but when I load manage extensions of joombla not take it, saying: Warning: failed to move file!
PLEASE HELP ME is ALL THAT AFTERNOON LOOKING FOR TANKS
Please ensure you have unzipped your download before installing. Once unzipped you will find your install file in the corresponding folder to your Joomla version.
