help with impulse hidden desktop and hidden mobile

hello guys in this site i need to see the menu on the top just for mobile version but the second menu that i created the one under i need to see it just on desktop view, i've read on the net of two class hidden desktop and hidden mobile but there aren't in the templates how i can add them for use them? please help :D
