How can I disable the header in the template for other pages Central (menu items)?

Hi Faith

Presuming I understand you correctly and you wish to have the main header optioned only enabled on the homepage similar to that of the template demo, you will need to create a separate template style for your homepage in which your 'Header Full Screen' option is set to yes (Extensions -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Styling -> Header Full Screen). Your default template style should have the full screen header option turned off.
