header slide show & carousel not displaying

Home page header slide show images don't display. I put a blank gif in to replace the cell phone in order to keep the height of the angle. I had the header working at one point, but when I changed the images it stopped working.

And the Carousel is not displaying in position Top 3a on home page or on Bottom 2A on About us page.
