Hi

I added a new module, but now this module is not visible on mobile phone.
It is visible on laptop and desktop.

Also other modules I made earlier are not visible now when I change positions.

Can you help solve this problem?

Thanks,
Edgar

Hi Edgar

Which module position are you finding not displayed on mobile?

HI Edgar

One very device that we have checked the sidecol modules position are to display without issue. Note that these modules are been displayed after your component (article) area on small screen devices.

Hi Ciaran,

thanks for answering me.
I made a new test module.
But it isn't working.
The test module i made is visible on all pages, except the homepage.

Yes.....Only on desktop you can see it, (also on the homepage.)
When you resize the website on desktop to a smaller display .....you can see the module, thats true, but still not on my phone.

Hi Edgar

Our latest test was on a Samsung S7 running Android (previously iOS on an SE and S6). Unfortunately, we are still unable to replicate this issue. Your side column modules are displaying on all devices.

Considering you only find the issue on your homepage, have you tried disabling your homepage slideshow? Does this resolve the issue?
