As the issue appears to be only present on your homepage, ensure that jQuery is disabled within all your homepage modules as this is already loaded by Joomla. Multiple copies of jQuery loaded is the most common cause for such issues.
Alternative you can install the 'jQuery Easy' plugin to ensure only one copy of jQuery is loaded across your site.
May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
I have installed and setup the 'jQuery Easy' plugin for you which allows for better handling of jQuery throughout your site. Your slideshow and menu are now displaying correctly.
