Habitat Template - Changing a few things

I may be way out of line here, but I want to change a few things about this template, and am hoping it's OK to ask how t do this here...

1) I want to make the showcase menu less high
2) I want to change the colour of the hornav menu, as well as the corresponding lines shown between that showcase and hornav, and body and footer... ( I hope I am making sense here )

I am new to CSS, but have a little understanding...

Hello

1. To reduce the header height to 100px (default is 130px) try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...


#container_header {

    height: 100px;

}


2. These colors can be edited via the styling tab of your templates parameters. The 'Top Menu Active Color' field will also set the horizontal lines.
