Hi:
I am using Grafik for our template on a client's site. I'm not sure which items we need a developer for and which ones you can help us with but figured I would start here first. http://bludovedemo.net/jonesvillevet/index.php/services

1) On mobile there is a line between the area where the menu is and the next area where the logo is. How do I get rid of this? I have firebugged and cannot find it. (see attachment)

2) The images in the slideshow get cut off on some larger display desktops. How do I avoid that problem?

And one more thing.... the menu for the drop downs doesn't seem to be working right on mobile. When I click on About or Services it doesn't show me the menu items in those sections.

Hello

1. We appear to be having an issue replicating this problem. Could you please provide a screenshot of the line in question.

2. Your slideshow module appears to have the 'background-size' property of images set to 'cover'. This is usually to ensure the area of your slideshow is always filled and avoids any sort of letter box effect. Unfortunately it will have the side effect of your images getting cropped depending on the screen size you are viewing the slideshow on. Any solution will cause a letterbox effect on your images.

Hello

Regarding your menu, would you have a URL directly to an example of this issue? Any menu items checked appear to show the sub items appearing without issue.

For whatever reason, I am unable to attach my file. How can I show you if it won't let me attach a screenshot?

Is there any way to solve the problem of how the slideshow images display - specifically on larger monitors? It seems the larger the monitor the more the image gets cut off. Is there a way to adjust the height of the showcase area so the image doesn't appear to be cropped?

Please help. Until I find a resolution my client is not going to be happy.

Hello

As all screens have different aspect ratios, there is no one size to fit all. One option would be to set a max-width on your slideshow area if the you find the issue is more present on larger screens. To do so you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (edit to taste)...

#container_slideshow {
margin: 0 auto;
max-width: 1280px;
}
