Getting template without joomla.

Hi there.
Newbie here but long-time hmtl user. Is there a way to get a free template without installing joomla at all ?
I Would like to have only the files and try out the template locally, before buying and moving to joomla.

Hello

Sorry to say there is no HTML version of the template available. All templates require the Joomla CMS to run.
