Frontend not connecting on Localhost

Hi, I have just purchased and installed the Kinvarra template on a localhost setup using xammp and a fresh joomla 5 install. The template installs successfully and the backend seems to be working fine but i have an error on the front end as follows:

CANNOT ACCESS PROTECTED PROPERTY JOOMLA\CMS\MENU\MENUITEM::$PARAMS

Any ideas? - Any help would be appreciated -

Can you confirm that you are using the Joomla 4 / 5 version of the Kinvara template (https://joomla51.com/joomla-4-templates/j51-kinvara-j4)?

Hi Ciaran, thanks for the swift response - I purchased the Kinvara template 4 - the first image - I downloaded the link - 2nd image - and the file contents are as shown - image 3
Looks like I might have Joomla 3 version?
