French Version of the Site - J51_Resonate

Hello,

Is there a way for us to have a button on the top right to enable a French Version of the Site? We can easily rebuild the Menus/ Articles in French and then when a person clicks the button, this would enable the French Version.

Or

Does anyone have any other suggestions to enable this?
