Hy - I'm unsing elvira template and I'd like to know if there is any possibility tu put a foto in the background of the article like it is in Top1, Top2, .....

Hello

You could try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where # is the URL to your image (edit to taste)...

#container_main {

    background-image: url("#");

    background-position: 50% 0;

    background-repeat: no-repeat;

    background-size: cover;

}
