I have purchased Privilege template‏ and I tried to use many contact us forms and every time I hit the submit button the page refresh and nothing happen, the rappid form which come with the template is also working on the main page only and when i try to use it with any article same thing happens the page just refresh when i hit the submit button and nothing happen

Any idea how to fix this
