Form are not properly resize:Resonate Template

I had install resonate template

You can review my form (using rsform pro) here

http://mysite.cluhost.info/index.php/applyforloan

Just decrease the size of browser while opening the form, all the filed look good but the detail box is going out side the margin/page, you can notice it too.

How to fix that?

Hi Munir

It appears the RS Form is not responsive. As I am not familiar with the extension you will need to contact its developers for a solution.
