To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.footermenu {

  position: relative;

}

sorry..... false alarm - I changed the link-colour to the same one as the bottom colour is, so it just is all the same colour...
