footer area not display correctly on J51_MonoChrom

Hello on my pages i have this footer area displaying incorrectly, any ideas what this could be from. Please see attached image

Hi

This issue can be caused when text is copy and pasted from another document (MS Word, web browser) directly into your articles bringing with it spurious code (eg. unwanted tags or divs). May I suggest pasting the text into a simple text editor like Notepad and then copying from that back into your Joomla editor to remove any 3rd party formatting.

Hi thanks for the reply but this is not the issue, i dont paste from word. We only have <h1> and <p> in the pages with closing tags.

However the only page in the site which is displaying correctly is the contact page. Every other page has this overflow area.

Any other ideas.
Maybe the template has a missing closing div ?
