Font not being over ridden by template

Hi I have set my body text to be Open San, But the text is showing as Arial on the site, what am I doing wrong?

Would you have a URL to an example of this issue? Have you multiple template styles created? If so may I suggest the following article.. https://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/template-options-not-effecting-frontend
