Hello,

I'm building a new site with the Florence template.
On mobile view there are some issues with the logo, as you can see here
Also on mobile devices I'd like to hide the homepage slideshow and on tablet size I'd like the slideshow images to scale.
Is this all possible?

Thanks!

Hello

Are you having this issue on a particular device? We have tried a number of devices (S3, S4 and iPhone 5) and are unable to replicate the issue present on the emulator.

For details on hiding a module on mobile devices may I suggest the following article,, http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/hide-a-joomla-module-on-mobile-devices

Hello Ciarán ,
on the link I provided you can see the mobile view in 'Responsinator', a tool where you can test mobile view etc.
Also on my iPhone 5 I see the module top-1a through the logo and far to much up.

The homepage slideshow is managed through the template manager so there is no way I can use the suffix hidden-phone, hidden-tablet or hidden-desktop.

Hello

We can only troubleshoot actual device issues. We have no way of troubleshooting issues present on emulators which are not present on a real device.

The following will disable your slideshow on smaller screen devices and may also resolve the issues you are having with your emulator.

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#container_header, #header_bg {height:auto;}
#header_bg {background-attachment: scroll;}
#logo .wrapper960 {padding-bottom: 20px;}
#container_top1_modules {position: relative;}
}
