Fedora Template - Contact Form

In a pre-sale email I asked if all templates come with a contact form.
I cannot find this in my template.
If it is there, how do I set it up?
I'd like it to appear at the end of my website before the copyright information.

It sounds like you may wish to create a contact form within a module position rather than the component area. An excellent solution for this is http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/rapid-contact (free).
