Fedora not working in Internet Explorer (IE) 10, IE 8

The website I build with this template views beautifully in Firefox and Chrome.
It does not render correctly in Internet Explorer. The background image that should fill the screen appears as the original image size, the article content does not fit into the proper area and basically looks like a mess.

Is there any coding that should be inserted into the main header to make Fedora render properly in Internet Explorer? Please let me know if I need to give you website access.

Please note that IP addresses outside of North America are blocked but access has been granted previously and remains for the Joomla51 staff.

Note that we can only offer limited support for IE10 due to it been unable to support a large number of modern web standards.

Support for IE8 and IE9 have been discontinued.
