faulty video with J51_Nina in safari

dear team.

our website https://sionum.com/ runs with J51_Nina and joomla version 4.0.2. the host is united domains.

in one side module we put a video as " load with lazyload" and "click to activate, CDM + click toggle placeholder".

on chrome, firefox, edge etc. for apple devices the video shows at the right position and runs correctly. but on safari for apple devices the video additionally shows at 3 other position, with auto-play and mute. this is no professional website :(

thanks for your help - we really need a professional website.

Is this issue unique to the Nina template or can you also replicate the issue using the default Joomla template (Cassiopeia)?

i don´t know, we didn´t try it in cassiopeia.

but know i solved the probleme with the correct html-code for videos and by deleting some strange special character in the text code.
