extra module position

I want to make an extra moduleposition in the renovate template for the language switcher (flags). I want to place the 3 flags horizontal of vertival after the hornav menu.
Is that possible and how can I make that?

Thanks, it works. Extra information (template Renovate): the header.php file is in the folder php from the template and then in folder layout; the css file you have to adjust is nexuss.css (folder css from yoir template).
