I'm trying to plug in extensions with images today and am trying to make the connection between what I see in your demos (e.g. for Habitat and Lifestyle) and the extensions. Could you help me understand:

1) Slideshow and Thumbnail gallery are clear, no problems there.
2) Tutorial refers to "Image Link Hover"; template includes "Grid Gallery?" Are these the same thing, or different things?
3) Habitat and others have modules on the home page with a small icon and a bit of text. Some templates have the icons to the side of the text, some above it. Is this just a regular module or is it an extension? Do the icons you've used have any relationship with the "icons" extension in the folder?
4) Habitat and others show a picture gallery where you see the picture. When you hover over it it shows text; when you click on it it links to a longer article. In contrast, Lifestyle shows pictures with text right under the picture. I like both - but am unclear what these are. Are either (or both) the "Grid Gallery?" What determines whether text displays with the photo, versus just the photo with the text visible only when you hover over it?
5) I'm unclear where to put the code to make the modules "fly in" etc.

These are such cool features - I want to be able to make use of all of them. So I appreciate any insight you could provide.

Hi Carrie

2. We have replaced the ImageLinkHover module with our GridGallery on our more recent template releases.

3. In our more recent template releases these icons area created using the J51Icons module included with the template (mod_j51icons.zip). Styling may very with the module from one template to the next.

4. In most cases this is the GridGallery module. This module does vary from template to template.

5. Animating class names can be added to the 'Module Class Suffix' field of each of your modules. This field is available in the settings of most modules. The GridGallery module has a field available for the animating class with each image.
