Dear Ciaran,

it is possible or is any way export to .pdf from j51_menu module, that visitors can download from frontend in any site the menu

Admittedly this would not be related to your template, however if you are unable to find a solution within Joomla, you may be able to find an extension to add the functionality your require here.. https://extensions.joomla.org/tags/print-pdf/
