example styles not working

Trinity template

I have downloaded 2 templates and have attempted to change the style using the template example in the CP. After I select the style I want, NOTHING happens. Nothing.

No matter what I do nothing changes. I even change the color code in the template under styling tab and it still does not change.

How do I send private message so I can send login credentials?
