Good morning,

I have installed your very nice template Evolution with the Autson slide show. I have uploaded images to the directory specified in the module (/images/banners/slide1.jpg), renaming my images to fit this format (slide1, slide 2 etc). The slideshow doesn't work and says 'error loading images. One or more images were not found'. I have tried:
* emptying the other image slots in the module,
* adding the complete path to the images folder,
both did not work. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?? Thanks so much!

Kind regards,
Marjolein

Hi marjolein

May I sggest removing the first forwarding slash in your image path, using images/banners/slide1.jpg rather than /images/banners/slide1.jpg.

Hi Ciarán,
thanks for the speedy answer, I tried it but it doesn't make a difference. Could the size of the pictures be a problem? I have not fitted them to the size of the slideshow.

thanks,
Marjolein

The size of your images may effect how your slideshow looks but nothing more. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine the issue further.

Thank you Marjolein

May I suggest renaming the images in your images/banners folder from slide1.JPG to slide1.jpg as the slideshow is case sensitive regarding the file extension. Hopefully that will amend the problem.

I have the same problem. I'm using the Doctrine template, which uses Autson as well. Everything works fine when I have the site in my computer (localhost), but I just uploaded the site and Autson can´t find the images. Do you know what is the problem? Thanks.

Found the problem: for some reason, once uploaded the site, one character of one image file name was uppercase. Corrected the image file name and the slide show works again.
