Hello,

I'm creating a club website with "Everly". I noticed that when I'm colouring the sidecolumn it ends "half way" (depends on the content, of course).
In detail: If the main content or the opposite sidecolumn is longer than the sidecolumn content, the sidecolumn background just fits the sidecolumn content.

Another club website (created with caitlin) doesnt have this effect. There the background colour always goes to the bottom of the website.
I tried to track the used configuration to rebuild something myself, but I failed miserably.

So, the big question for me is:
Is it possible to stretch the sidecolumn box "to the ground" and if yes, how?

Dear gods of joomla51, please help me. :)

Good morning.

Would you have a URL to an example of this issue?

I'm very sorry for my late answer, my ISP killed my internet by pulling out my cable for another neighbor on accident.

The website is in offline mode at https://bsg-clz.de/, because the owner doesn't want to release until it's finished. I created you an account to login. User and password both: "joomla51" (without quotation marks). Hope that's okay this way. :)

I attached you an image of the area.
It's about the background of the light grey side columns. The owner wanted it to be light grey and with colour, it's not all the way down.
Is there a customization to stretch it?

Thank you

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#sidecol_a {
background-color: #F0F0F0;
}
