Error when installing demo for Harmony J4

Hi

I have tried to install the Harmony J4 DemoInstaller. No error during install, but the website shows this error:
0 Class "Joomla\Plugin\Behaviour\Taggable\Extension\Taggable" not found

What am I doing wrong?
