Error updating from 3.9.4 to 3.9.12

Hi Ciaran.

I purchased Collette Template. I installed the J51_Colette_DemoInstaller. It works, but when I tried to update from 3.9.4 to 3.9.12 I had an issue.
Installing manually the "Joomla! 3.9.x to 3.9.12 Patch Package" or using the "joomla update" directly the installation doesn't success.
How can I do?

Hi Gaetano

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have updated the template demo installer to the latest version of Joomla (v3.9.12). This update is now available via your Joomla51 downloads section.
