Error JLIB_INSTALLER_ABORT_REFRESH_MANIFEST_CACHE on J51 Journal 4 demo

Hi, I tried to install the demo template J51_Journal 4 by downloading it from your site but it generates this error.

How can I solve?

Hello

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

I have the same error message and am unable to install the template. The message: JLIB_INSTALLER_ABORT_REFRESH_MANIFEST_CACHE
alongside: Could not refresh manifest cache for extension: plg_multifactorauth_email
I am trying to install: J51_Renita demo
