error after J51_lifestyle update

Hallo Ciaran
I updated J51_LifeStyle from 1.0 to 1.3.
After that the main menu is not correct anymore.
And the background image is no longer displayed (Styling > Background Image).
(Pictures in the appendix).
Joomla 3.8.12 PHP 7.2
What can I do.

Hello Ciaran
I just found out that the problem was with my Chrome browser (Ver 69). After resetting the settings it works fine. Unfortunately I can't tell which settings caused the error.
