Trying to install Natalie 4 demo. Works with Joomla 4.4
When I upgrade to Joomla 5.3.1 then loaf website (natalie.keithvb.com) I get "HTTP 500 Whoops, looks like something went wrong. "

With debug enable I get lots of info that I haven't been able to use to resolve the issue.
It is attached.
Anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

I can't give you admin access because these errors prevent me from administrator access as well as web access.

Perhaps the best is for me to reinstall the demo and keep it at Joomla 4.4

Thanks, Keith

Hi Keith

So these errors are also when you try to access your Joomla administration? This would suggest that there is also issues outside of your template.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't think this issue is worth your time since I can get what I need, information-wise, from the demo in Joomla 4.4.
I'm happy to close the help request.

Hi Keith

Can you check with phpMyAdmin whether the Compatibility plugin is disabled on your site (Check #__extensions table, look up the compatibility plugin. If necessary, enable again.)

Rolf

Thanks for the info but I can't find "plg_behavior_compat" or any other plugins in the db.
Any other possibilities?

You definitely need the compatibility plugin to run Natalie with J5, because the template is not yet J5-native (working without the compatibility plugin).
