Enterprise: Header in Smartphone Mode different

Hi!

I have a certain "problem" with the top-area of my website. This is only the case up when I check it on smartphone (maybe also on tablet). When a Site comes with a Sidecol theres a different look of the top-logo-area with the background-image as if its not with sidecol.

See my attachments.

Can you tell what to do so that they look the same?

Hello

Sorry to say we have been unable to replicate this issue. We have checked on an iPad table and an Android mobile phone. The header on each URL remains the same. May I ask on what device you are having this problem?

The attached Files above show the problem. Its on iphone 6 portrait mode. But its also the same with landscape mode. Couldn´t check it on tablet yet. The problem doesnt appear, when you scale the browser window to that small width. Then its shown correctly. you can only see it if you really have a look on that on a smartphone or maybe its just the problem with iphone. I dont know. But its a different looking (see jpgs).

A bit of a shot in the dark this but could you try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..


@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {

#body_bg {

    background-position: 0 0 !important;

    background-size: auto auto !important;

}

}
