ENLIGHTEN - Responsive Menu not displaying

Hi,
I run enlighten templante on a joomla 3.5.1. When I view my web from a mobile, or strech PC browser to smaller sizes, the responsive mobile menu won't display.
The template's parameter "Responsive Layout" is set to yes.
Do I need to do anything else?

We have installed the 'jQuery Easy' plugin (http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/jquery-easy) which ensures that only one copy of jQuery is loaded across your site. This appears to have resolved the issue.
