ENLIGHTEN - Moving hornav & header upwards

Hi,
I've reduced height of header and header spacer so I gain some more content space in my web.
I would also like to to push both hornav and header up so I get only hornav visible when scrolling up, and not half the header as well above hornav. Is that possible? If so, could you please give me some advice?
