Hi
I've installed EMANI in a J-5.1.3 and need to change the template preset to 'style 4'.
I can choose and load it in the template-style options but after the reload it switches back to 'standard' and nothing has changed layout-wise on the site.

Any hint what could be wrong there?

Regards
Roger

Hello Ciaran

Sorry for the delay.
Yes, Image-Class was empty but it took it from global options ('left').
I deleted it from the global options and now it's fine.

Thank you for your patiience, regards
Roger

Is there a folder with the name "presets"?
If not, the installation of the template was incomplete. You van copy the folder from the installation file into "Templates/j51-emani/ (with FTP)

Hi
The presets are all there and chooseable:

Can I override this in the template-style params in the database?
Would that be enough to switch the template to a certain style?
That would speed things up as manipulating DB-tables is easy for me.

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you

Updating your template to the latest download appears to have resolved the issue.

Hi Ciaran

Thanks.
But to me it seems the behavior in the backend is still the same.
But thats ok for now.

The main difference between our site and the demo is the blog detail view:
https://neu.swisshistotech.ch/de/histo-newsletter/150-erster-blogeintrag-platzhalter
vs.
https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0172/index.php/blog/114-mauris-ligula-justo

Do you know what is the difference here and what to do that these looks the same?
(Image above the text)
Is this preset- or layout-related (through the menu item options)?

Thanks
Roger

Hi Roger

You are still unable to load the preset template styles? We created a temp template style and were able to load the presets without any issue. You are unable to replicate this?

Hello Ciaran

The template styles seems to load correctly now - thank you very much.

The only thing left is the thing with the blog detail-view (above).
It would be cool if you have a hint for me how I can achieve this - like on the templates demo site

Have a great weekend

Hi Roger

Have you set an image for your article? Ensure that you have set an image in the Images and Links tab of your article and that the Image Class field is left blank.
