I don't have this template, but it's probably just formatting the text.
Take a look at the template demo of the template on the J51 page.

There you will find all formatting under the menu link: "FEATURES" -> "Typography". Almost at the bottom is the code:
<blockquote><p>Your list entry goes here!</p></blockquote>
That could be enough for your text.
The front "we create digital art" is certainly another simple module on a different module position.

Usually the bar is generated exactly by the code.
I recreated it using my Riley template.

I put this in a module in the "Code" editor:

<blockquote>

<p>Your list entry goes here! fasfdsfsd sdfsdfsf sdf sdf sdfsdfdsf sdfsdf sdfsdf sdfsdf</p>

</blockquote>

If I then display the module on the website, the vertical bar appears. You can then change the color with CSS
