Elvira - Logo not fitting

Hi Ciaran,

1. I would like to make my logo center vertically and increase the height of the menu area to fit my logo size.
2. When I view this on a smart phone size the logo does not shrink to fit the screen size (not responsive) - it covers over the 3 bar menu icon - they collide.

I'd appreciate your assistance. A million thanks as always for having excellent support and great templates!
