Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in ab

Hi Ciaran

Just doing some site test speeds and it seems that there are a few errors in the template which are slowing the site down. Can you suggest a fix/amendments to speed this up? I've stopped using Google fonts because this was also causing an issue but these look like template fixes which need to be made and I don't want to start messing about with it in all honesty!
