Edit Window will not open front end J_51 Chloe

In http://2025.thefitnesshabit.com/ when I am Logged in at the Front end and click an edit Module icon The Edit window does not open

I have sent this to a joomla expert who says that
"There is problem in template.
I created the test menu..assigned Cassiopeia template..there editing is working fine.
download latest updated version of that template or ask for support."

The currently installed Joomla! version is "‎4.4.12"‎ Do you think Upgrading to 5 will help?
