Dropdown Menu on Resonate Template Unstable

I have installed the template twice and have installed the sample data and everyone of my websites have an unstable dropdown menu under services.

I have tried other computers so I know there is something going on with the menu.

The link to the website is http://192.185.157.212/~water/

I would appreciate your assistance.
