Draco Template

My organization purchased the Draco template awhile back, and we upgraded to the Joomla 2.5 version late last year. I'm seeing in several posts that the framework has been updated...is there any way I can check to see if I have the new framework or the older version of the template?

Also the person who originally purchased the template is no longer with the company. Is there a way I can get our 'account' transferred to my name/email? His email no longer exists.
