Deleting borders on Ariana template slideshow

I Ciaran,
I'm working on Ariana template with the last Joomla version.
I uploaded 3 images for the slide show with sizes 1800 x 850 px. The same sizes of template images.
If you check my attached screenshot you may see I got a border under the slideshow images and on the left side in slideshow images.
How may I deleted these borders? They appear only in home page.

On the left site of slideshow two arrows appear. May I delete them?

Hi Andrew

To amend remove the left spacing try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#container_showcase1_modules {

    padding-left: 0;

}


The bottom spacing appears to be caused by an empty custom module in the top-2a module position. Disabling this module will remove the bottom spacing.
