Hi, this applies to anyone using the joomla default contact form in your templates.

I do not know where to look nor know the title of what I'm looking for in the code files.
What is the pop-out box that briefly appears when you hover over the field names* and then disappears quickly that holds information to the visitor about completing the contact form called?
How do I customize in CSS the colors? I've attached a screenshot. Notice I cannot read the title nor the text underneath it.
It's the same in all the templates I used with the default Joomla contact form.

I'm lost.
So far I have found and adjusted some of the font colours on the contact form but I'm really stuck. Searched the internet as well with no success.
