Decrease bottom margin Top_1a, Top_1b, Top_1c

Hello,

I've been trying relentlessly to decrease the bottom margin with modules top_1a, top_1b, top_1c. I'm uncertain as how to input the code. For example I've tried the following:

#top_1a .module {margin-bottom: 15px}
#top_1 .module {margin-bottom: 15px}

Neither of these work .. maybe I have to go with the one with the longest text top_1c? Your help is greatly appreciated.
