How to disable the effect of dark by hovering over the menu? in the Hayley theme.

Hello

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.hornav > ul > li::after {

    display: none;

}
