With other templates, there is the same issue. So i guess it has nothing to do with the template (Sophia). It worked fine on a clean install.

When we attempt to access your template manager (Extensions -> Templates -> Templates) we get the following error with your Joomla installation...

Should i setup a copy of the entire site?

I guess the old artisteer template is accountable of this issue

I am not sure copying the site will resolve the issue. It really depends which parts you intend to copy.

A couple of things to try...

1. Uninstall any components/plugins/modules that you are not using.
2. Navigate to Extensions -> Manage -> Database and check for any errors. If errors exist try using the Fix option.
3. Navigate to Extensions -> Manage -> Discover -> Discover. Are there any extensions found?

the template section is now working. But i dont know why.

Sorry to say I am unable to find a solution to this issue. As the issue is not template related, I'm probably not the best person to be looking at it.

I can find no reference of similar issues so may be, as you say, an issue with your local installation. It would be interesting to see if the issue still exists if you copy just the database to a fresh Joomla install.
