Custom CSS Code to Move Position of Header-1 on Jasmine Template

I am trying to use the Header-1 module position to place a graphic in the header of the Jasmine Template.

I need the Custom CSS Code to change the position of the graphic.

I did find on the Joomla51 forum some coding that I was able to modify.
