creative - language switcher not well displayed

Hi,
I set the language switcher on the header-2 position but it is not well displayed because there are the dotted on the background that mask it.
Is there a way to bring it on the "upper layer" so that the dotted stay on the background and the language switcher on the foreground.

Hi, I changed the CSS because the Image I choose was quite dark where the language switcher was placed. Thanks anyway!
